oh wow!!!

it's been a while, i guess...most of the people i know use that facebook stuff, so i've been into that, sorry...

today is Father/Son weekend at camp...a good time for sure...i remember the last time i was a camper at a Father/Son camp at Camp Peniel...i had to borrow a father for the weekend...wow, that was a long time ago...

haiti was good...i went to haiti with camp...it was good...

it is a pretty day....

God is so smart...wow...

Who is tougher/better?  - Jack Bauer or John McClain?  Is it a coincidence that Jack Bauer and James Bond have the same initials? or that Bruce Wayne is a combo of Bruce Lee and John Wayne? i think not...

well,  it has been a while since my last entry , but of course that is  obvious. i think the automatic spell correcting  thing on  Microsoft Word is more of a hindrance than a  help,  sure it is a quick fix, but  does  it help the typist  either learn to type correctly or learn  how  to  spell correctly?  ----- NOPE!  you have to screw up really  badly to get that fancy red  underlining letting you know that you are beyond  Mr. Gates'  help.  Maybe if  there were more redlines we would be able to correct our  (my) poor typing/spelling skills so when i use something like this  xanga thing, i  could type an  entry in LESS THAN AN  HOUR!!

things are going well here at work

we have built a fence and now are dog sitting Hana the labradoodle (which is a real word, but gets redlined by Word - i guess we'll never see perfection this side of glory)...

ok, that is all i know.

i hope somebody still reads this xanga stuff, i am not into any of that other stuff- myface or whatever it is...

back in the office, back at camp, finally...

i spent last week in dallas doing some training for camp, it was needed but not too much fun for me, and less fun for my wife, i think she counted it up and said she spent 24 hours inside the pick up truck over a span of three days - three days that the pick up truck she was in was parked in a parking lot in dallas, not traveling to a fun location.  at least we got to see LB! Thanks for showing us Tin Star - it was fabulous.

My wife and i had are first holiday at home - it was a fun Easter. Praise the Lord!

back to work

it has gotten hot - the water feels good, though
